The foundation has hosted numerous major fundraising events to raise awareness about the children and young adults fighting cancer.

In 2008, “CancerCrusher Night”, our kick-off event, honored a young boy battling leukemia, and featured inspirational survivor speakers, a silent auction, raffle and a benefit concert.  We raised $30,000 from the evening’s ticket sales, sponsorship, and private donations, to benefit The Valerie Center at the Monmouth Medical Children’s Hospital in New Jersey and “I’m Too Young For This Foundation”.

The following year, “CancerCrusher Night” was even more successful, raising over $40,000 in just one evening. Combined, these events attracted hundreds of people who joined together to support and honor pediatric patients and survivors.

The CancerCrusher Club at Fairfield University was founded in 2009 and has over 50 members who are all involved in working with local cancer organizations in fundraising and awareness initiatives in the Fairfield, CT area.

CancerCrusher founded their New York chapter in 2014 and are continuing to grow their base and following.

The unprecedented level of support from the community, speaks to what an inspired group can accomplish when brought together to fight the battle against pediatric cancer.
